The object of research is the processes that affect mechanical characteristics steels after treatment melts with silicon-free complex master alloys according to existing technologies. One most problematic places negative effect silicon on weldability low-alloy steel, sharply increasing heterogeneity welds in sulfur and phosphorus their susceptibility hot cracks. cyclic strength welded joints decreases markedly an increase concentration steel. Also this case, there a threat formation monoxide, which significantly increases fragility finished steel products. Also, processed containing are prone decarburization, surface defects during working graphite formation, reduces endurance limit.
